Martha Emmett Sims, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CISR, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Programs and AdvantageHR Consultant at BXS Insurance, a position held since August 2015, where the focus is on developing resources in organizational and human resources development. Previously, Martha held the role of Director of Employee Benefits and Marketing Services, assisting various industries in managing employee benefits strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Benefits Consultant at BBVA Compass, Corporate Benefits Manager at Saks Incorporated, and Human Resources Manager at Just For Feet. Education culminated in a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama.
