Brian Thomassen

Brian Thomassen has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Brian currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at By Malene Birger A/S since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Georg Jensen from 2016 to 2021, where they held various roles including Head of Business Controlling, Finance Manager Europe, Nordic Finance Manager, and Business Controller. Before Georg Jensen, Brian worked at Trollbeads A/S as a Group Financial Controller from 2013 to 2016. Brian also gained experience as a Financial Controller at Alfa Laval from 2011 to 2013 and started their career as an Accountant at PKF Munkebo Vindelev Statsautoriseret revisionsaktieselskab from 2004 to 2011.

Brian Thomassen earned a Master's degree in Business Economics and Auditing (Cand.merc.aud) from Copenhagen Business School in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a HD(R) degree at the same institution between 2004 and 2008.
