Yolanda Perry

Yolanda Perry, MS, is an experienced professional in social services and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Director of Crisis and Compassion at By The Hand Club For Kids since November 2018, where responsibilities include supporting families in crisis and developing crisis communication plans. Previously, Yolanda held the position of Home Visiting Manager at New Moms, leading a team that enhanced the knowledge of teen parents about early childhood development, impacting 35 to 40 families. As a Doula Case Manager at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, Yolanda empowered teen moms through training and leadership, while earlier career roles included administrative support at Rush University Medical Center and owning a daycare. Yolanda holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
