Carlos (Telly) Rios is an experienced media professional with extensive expertise in television production and advertising. Currently a Partner at Libre Agencia and a Founding Partner at &thenetwork since 2020, Rios has a long-standing career as Co-Founder and General Director of Claroscuro Media and as Co-Founder & General Producer of Claroscuro Television Inc. since 2000. Rios' background includes co-founding FRENTV.COM / EIYEI Digital Shop and working as a Producer for TVN Canal 2 and Telemtero Panama. Rios holds an Advertising Degree from Universidad de Panama and a Bachiller en Comercio from I.J.A.
