Sandi Roose

Sandi was bitten by the Hospitality bug over 30 years ago. Starting her work journey with a hotel management company which was full of fun, travel and camaraderie. As her career grew and progressed, she has been blessed to work with beautiful hotels, outstanding conference facilities, in some of the most gorgeous settings. Sandi's beliefs include mentoring the next generation of Hospitality Professionals, demonstrating a make it happen attitude, and having a bit of fun along the way. In her new role with By The Sea Resorts, Sandi hopes to blaze a trail and build the best sales team on the beach.
