Jamie Kingston (She/her)

Jamie Kingston is a People Operations leader specializing in employee relations, coaching, hiring, and JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) work. She is a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and has led People and HR practices with social-impact based companies and organizations for the last 10 years. Her career has centered around growing and scaling People Operations at non-profits and social enterprise startups with a mind towards organizational mission and values, working within companies of all stages and anywhere from 8 to 100+ employees. Currently, Jamie is the Chief People Officer at Edquity, a social impact tech startup. She serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization Two By Twelve and belongs to numerous People Operations communities and membership organizations.
