Crystal Yu-Chen Chang

Crystal Yu-Chen Chang has a diverse work experience in various companies. Crystal Yu-Chen started their career in 2011 as a Project Executive Intern at Monte Jade Science & Technology Association, where they assisted in organizing large-scale activities and workshops for the technology industry. In 2012, they worked as an Industry Analyst Intern at the Institute for Information Industry.

Subsequently, Crystal joined Wantoto Inc. in 2012 as a Business Development Intern and later became a Project Manager, overseeing projects until 2016. Crystal Yu-Chen then joined Tickle Labs, Inc. as a Business Development Manager, where they successfully piloted the business development for the Tickle App, a coding education mobile application.

In 2018, Crystal joined Shopee as a Country Product Manager for Taiwan, responsible for various product domains. Crystal Yu-Chen then became the Country Product Manager for Brazil, where they delivered Shopee Brazil within three months, becoming the top e-commerce platform in the country. Crystal also led the Seller Advertising platform as a Product Manager, optimizing strategies for Shopee sellers.

In 2020, Crystal moved to Ant Group as a Product Manager for Wallet Service. Following that, they joined Binance in 2022 as a Senior Product Manager for Fiat Service. In this role, they focused on user experience, conducted competitor analysis, and developed product roadmaps and optimization strategies. Crystal Yu-Chen also managed marketing and operations in the Latin American region.

Currently, Crystal is working at Bybit as the Principal Product Manager for Bybit Card, starting in 2023.

Crystal Yu-Chen Chang holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from National Taiwan University, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Crystal Yu-Chen also participated in an Exchange Programme in Business Management at Laurea University of Applied Sciences in Finland in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from National Taiwan University from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Crystal has certifications in Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam and Google Search Advertising Advanced Exam from the Google Certification Program, both obtained in 2013.
