Arman Hovnanyan

Arman Hovnanyan has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance sector. Arman currently serves as the Deputy Head of Commercial Banking at Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC since January 2020. Prior to that, they briefly worked as the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia from August 2019 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at HSBC including Corporate Banking Manager, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, Business Banking Lending Officer, Commercial Banking Projects Specialist, and Branch Representative from 2006 to 2019. Additionally, they also worked as a Senior Corporate Banker at Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC from April 2019 to July 2019.

Arman Hovnanyan completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Yerevan State University from 2000 to 2004. Arman then pursued a Master's degree in Economics at the same university from 2005 to 2007. In between, from 2004 to 2005, they studied Arabic Language at Damascus University.
