Prior experience as Cluster Information Technology Manager for Chelsea Group of Hotels & Hotel Apartments spanned from September 2008 to February 2017, overseeing multiple hotel properties. Akbar holds a degree in IT Electronics and Communication from the National Institute University of India and has further enhanced expertise through ITIL Certification and studies at the Project Management Institute in Dubai.
