Kate O'Brien

Kate O'Brien is an experienced content designer currently working at ByBox since September 2021, where responsibilities include creating accessible content to enhance product usability. In January 2024, Kate O'Brien also became the Director of Kate O'Brien Designs. Prior experiences include serving as an HR Solutions Designer at John Lewis Partnership for seven years, focusing on intranet content and employee communications, and as a Learning Solutions Designer, developing engaging digital learning solutions for John Lewis and Waitrose. Earlier roles include Training Specialist at GlaxoSmithKline, Training Coordinator at Centrica, and Intelligence Reader at Thames Valley Police. Currently, Kate O'Brien is pursuing an MSc in People-Centred Artificial Intelligence at the University of Surrey, following a BSc (honours) in Criminology & Psychological Studies from The Open University.
