Thea Moos Opseth

Thea Moos Opseth currently serves as a therapist and project collaborator at Bydel Gamle Oslo in the Rask Psykisk Helsehjelp initiative since January 2021. Prior to this, Thea held a position as a medarbeider at Fontenehuset Oslo Øst from February 2017 to January 2021, contributing to a recognized rehabilitation model that supports individuals with mental health issues. Additional experience includes working as a timelærer for ergotherapy students at OsloMet and several roles in the retail sector with Coop and ICA Gruppen. Thea's education includes ongoing training in cognitive therapy through Norsk forening for kognitiv terapi and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Ergotherapy from OsloMet, complemented by studies at the University of Oslo.
