Enzo Morales

Enzo Morales is a Web Developer at byDesign since March 2024, with a rich background in user experience research and digital transformation. Previously, at Auna, Enzo led cross-functional teams in health-tech projects and conducted extensive UX research. As a Digital Government Research Analyst and UX Researcher at Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, Enzo managed research initiatives for governmental digital services. Enzo's early career included consulting for indigenous communities at Defensoría del Pueblo, where systematic data analysis supported policy development. Enzo holds a Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education, an Associate of Science in Computer Science and Web Architecture from Digital Film Academy, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology with honors from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
