Isledys Hernandez

Isledys Hernandez is a seasoned Software Developer with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently employed at CoAdvantage since March 2023 and ByDesign Technologies since April 2021, Isledys has contributed to bug fixing for Multi-Level Marketing applications and maintained Classic ASP applications. Previous roles include software development at FrankCrum, where requirements were gathered from end users to enhance existing applications, and at Progressive Employer Management Company, where a new Human Resource application was developed. Isledys started as a Software Engineer at Sonda Uruguay S.A, and worked on web applications from requirements capture to deployment.
