Carol Melton

Carol Melton is an experienced executive with a diverse work history. Carol is currently the CEO and Founder of Adeft Capital since August 2018. Carol is also a Board Member for The RealReal since August 2020. In addition, they have served as a Board Member for JBG SMITH since July 2017 and Vice Chair & Member of the Board for the Economic Club of Washington, D.C. since July 2014. Furthermore, they are a Minority Partner for Washington Spirit since May 2021. Carol has been a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations since October 2006 and a Partner for Monthly Barometer/Summit of Minds since June 2018. Moreover, they have been a Member of the Strategic Advisory Council for Bye Aerospace, Inc. since July 2017.
