Marty Kilberg

Marty Kilberg is an experienced engineering and management professional with a strong background in operations and plant management. Currently serving as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Byer Steel since April 2020, Marty has previously held positions including Plant Manager at Flow Dry Technology Inc. from March 2015 to March 2020 and Operations Manager at Byer Steel from August 2011 to March 2015. Additional experience includes Plant Manager at Composite Technologies and Manufacturing Planning Specialist at Ford Motor Company. Marty holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned between 1983 and 1988.
