Nelson Scott

Nelson Scott has been with Byers Engineering Company since January 2018, serving in various leadership roles including Director of Engineering for the Midwest, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager, focusing on client relations, process development, implementation, and milestone tracking. Prior to this, Nelson worked as an OSP Design Engineer, specializing in fiber network design, right-of-way permitting, and GIS services. From January 2017 to January 2018, Nelson contributed to Owens Corning as an R&D Composites Lab Technician, emphasizing product development and process improvement. Nelson's early career included a position as a Marketing and Sales Engineer at Trane from June 2015 to May 2016. Educationally, Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lipscomb University, obtained between 2011 and 2016.
