Steve Dettbarn

Steve Dettbarn is an experienced professional in account management and business development within the engineering and data services industry. Currently serving as an Account Executive and Program Manager at Byers Engineering Company since August 2011, Steve focuses on delivering high-quality engineering and spatial data services to enhance efficiency and reduce costs for clients in various sectors including communications and utilities. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Director of Business Development at Freedom Group from November 2008 to July 2011, contributing to asset data management and engineering services. Earlier in their career, Steve worked at QC Data from June 1997 to October 2008 as both an Account Sales Executive and Supervisor, managing engineering and GIS data solutions for telecommunications and utility companies. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Appalachian State University, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
