Anette Gothard Mikkelsen

Anette Gothard Mikkelsen has extensive experience in legal and administrative roles within the construction and procurement sectors. Currently serving as Bestyrelsesformand and Bestyrelsesmedlem at Voldgiftsnævnet for bygge- og anlægsvirksomhed since April 2019, Mikkelsen has also held the position of Kontorchef Udbud and Kontrakter at Bygningsstyrelsen since May 2013, where responsibilities include oversight of public procurement processes. Mikkelsen contributed as a sagkyndig medlem at Klagenævnet for Udbud from April 2016 to April 2020 and held various roles at MT Højgaard focusing on building and construction law across the Nordic region from August 2010 to March 2013. Earlier legal experience includes positions at MAQS Law Firm and Voldgiftsnævnet. Mikkelsen holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Aarhus University.
