Ann Power

As the first People hire at ByHeart, Ann brings over eight years of human resources experience to the team. Ann is very passionate about the ByHeart mission and is dedicated to fortifying and enriching our community. Prior to joining ByHeart, Ann was the former Head of HR for D2C startup Rockets of Awesome and has also held people roles at Stuart Weitzman, Stella McCartney, and Flight Club. Ann graduated with a BA in History, Minor in Spanish from Fordham University. While at “Rockets,” Ann developed a keen interest in parents’ consumer needs and learned a great deal about experiences that are fun and engaging for the entire family. She successfully applied these learnings to both corporate and retail storefront staffing efforts there, and looks forward to cultivating a similar family-focused culture and team at ByHeart.
