Hilary Sibert

Hilary brings 19 years of leadership experience in the infant and toddler formula and nutrition sectors across quality, regulatory and R&D. Hilary joined ByHeart to build a stringent and sustainable quality program that raises the bar on quality, safety, and compliance standards from farm to formula. She plays a leadership role in product development, production, and operations from ingredient procurement through final product release. Prior to joining ByHeart, Hilary was nearly 2 decades at Perrigo/PBM’s infant nutrition and medical product businesses. As one of the earlier employees at PBM, she supported the development and execution of quality systems, clinical trials, R&D, and regulatory filings. She also played a supportive role in the acquisition and integration of two significant infant formula manufacturing facilities in the country. Hilary leads her teams with a focus on proactive quality and safety and a commitment to continuous improvement and accountability. She graduated from Bridgewater College with a BS in Biology.
