Nicole DiPrizito is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading people and facilities functions across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as SVP of People at ByHeart since October 2025, Nicole previously held the role of Vice President of People & Facilities - Americas at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty from January 2021 to October 2025. Prior to that, Nicole worked at Rémy Cointreau as Sr. Director of Human Resources - Americas and held multiple HR positions at L'Oréal over a span of six years, including Director of Human Resources for L'Oréal USA. Earlier career experience includes roles at Reliable Office Solutions, Inc. Nicole DiPrizito holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University.
