Ayyaz Shaikh

Ayyaz Shaikh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business leadership and development. Currently serving as Managing Director at 3rd Shade since August 2023, Ayyaz has also held various significant roles at BYJU'S since March 2019, including Area Business Head and Business Development Manager. Ayyaz co-founded The Baweez, contributing to its growth from August 2016 to November 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Associate in operations at Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited from September 2017 to March 2019. Ayyaz Shaikh is pursuing an MBA in Strategic Planning and Leadership at Deakin University, having completed an Advanced General Management program at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and earned a BTech in Chemical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
