Utsav Goswami

Utsav Goswami is the current Vice President of M&A at BYJU’S. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Evolvence Capital from February 2016 to June 2021. From November 2011 to January 2016, Utsav was an Investment Manager at Navis Capital Partners where they were a part of the India buyout team. Their role at Navis consisted of evaluating control transactions, preparing company budgets, overseeing portfolio management, and assisting in exits. From December 2010 to November 2011, Utsav worked as an Associate in Investment Banking Advisory at Edelweiss Capital.

Utsav Goswami has a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.

They work with Raghav Kulkarni - VP, Business Finance & Strategy, Prabhat Mittal - VP, FP&A & Procurement. Their manager is Saiprasad Palekar, SVP, Finance & Strategy.
