Joanne Campanile

Joanne Campanile has extensive experience in the banking and real estate industries. Joanne began their career in 1980 as an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch Mortgage Backed Securities, where they managed GNMA project loan auctions and packaged mortgage-backed securities. From 1982 to 1988, Joanne worked at Citicorp Real Estate, serving as a Vice President and managing a team of bankers for a portfolio of commercial construction and term loans. Joanne also completed Citibank's Credit Training Program and packaged debt for participation by foreign banks.

Joanne then joined Balcor Capital Markets Group in 1988 as a Vice President before moving to Citicorp Real Estate Investment Bank in 1989 as a Vice President as well. In 2010, they joined Loan Management Solutions as a Director and Team Lead, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they focused on managing teams and leading projects.

Since 2014, Joanne has been working at Byline Bank as a Senior Vice President. In this role, they specialize in commercial real estate lending, specifically focusing on multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. Joanne is also involved in swap products and is a recipient of the Chatham Financial 2018 Swap Product Banker of the Year award. Additionally, they are a member of the CRA Committee at Byline Bank.
