Lesley Ortega

Lesley Ortega is a Credit Analyst at Byline Bank, having held the position since June 2022. Previously, Lesley served as a Marketing Intern at the Illinois Small Business Development Center of McLean Co at Illinois Wesleyan University, where responsibilities included advising clients on social media and marketing strategies, promoting the SBDC’s outreach to Hispanic communities, and organizing social media analytics. In addition, Lesley held leadership roles in Sigma Kappa Sorority, including Continuous Open Bidding Chairwoman and Social Chairman, overseeing membership growth and social programs. Early career experience includes a Winter Internship at Driving Forward, where Lesley worked on a case study regarding Airbnb's pandemic impact. Lesley holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University and a high school diploma from Lincoln Park High School.
