Mary Jo S. Herseth

Mary Jo Herseth is the current Director at Byline Bank. Prior to this, they were the Advisory Board Member at TCF Commercial Banking from January 2018 to March 2019. From September 2009 to July 2017, Herseth worked at BMO Private Bank as the SVP and Head of Banking. In this role, they were responsible for setting the strategic priorities and overseeing the execution of customized deposit and credit solutions to high net worth individuals, families, and organizations. Herseth also led a team of 150 banking executives, including 50 direct reports, in building and maintaining holistic client relationships. Prior to their work at BMO Private Bank, Herseth was the Market Executive for Illinois and Michigan at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management from October 2007 to February 2009.

Mary Jo S. Herseth's educational career includes an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a focus in finance and international economics, as well as a B.S. in finance and business from Northern Illinois University.
