Melissa Whalen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in loan closing and client management. Currently serving as AVP - Senior Loan Closing Specialist at Live Oak Bank since August 2021, Melissa previously held roles at Byline Bank, where responsibilities included SBA Loan Closer I and SBA Closer II. Prior to that, Melissa spent a decade at Wonderlic, Inc. as a Client Relationship Manager and Account Executive, where the focus was on developing solutions for talent management and maintaining a large client base. Early career experience includes providing client management at Warehouse Direct and working as a receptionist at Falcon Communications.
