Mariela Codicetti

Mariela Codicetti currently serves as Gerente de Desarrollo Organizacional y Gestión de Personas at BYMA Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mariela took a sabbatical from September 2022 to September 2023, focusing on personal growth and professional development. Mariela has extensive experience in human resources, having held the position of Human Resources Director at Worldline Argentina from July 2013 to July 2022, overseeing HR functions for Latin America. Mariela's career includes leadership roles at Atos and Schlumberger, where responsibilities included personnel development and HR coordination. Mariela holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Buenos Aires and has additional qualifications in compliance from Universidad del CEMA and a degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires.
