Tatjana Abramova

Tatjana Abramova has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tatjana started their career at Evolution Gaming in 2008 where they held positions as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and later as a Support Manager, successfully managing a team of 22 people and implementing workflow improvements. In 2014, they became a self-employed freelancer working as a Project Manager until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Software Project Manager at MullenLowe Group, leading diverse technology projects for clients such as Virgin Trains and Primark. Following that, they worked as a Digital Transformation Program Manager at Plasma Capital from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are a Senior Program Manager at Beyond, responsible for managing large-scale projects and programs for clients such as Google and Reed.

Tatjana Abramova earned their Master's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Project Management, from the University of Latvia Faculty of Business, Management and Economics. Tatjana completed this degree from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the ICP-ATF Agile Team Facilitation Certified Professional from ICAgile in February 2022, the ICP-ACC Agile Coaching Certified Professional from ICAgile in December 2021, the Prince2 Foundation certification from PRINCE2.com in 2016, and the Scrum Master Certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2014.
