Xiaoxue Dong

Xiaoxue Dong is a seasoned professional in service design and user experience, currently serving as Principal Lead for Service Design & Strategy at Beyond since December 2023 and as a Service Design Consultant at Design Doings Ltd. since July 2023. Previously, Xiaoxue held roles including Service Designer at Class35, Associate Creative Director and Service Design Lead at Publicis Sapient, and Senior Service Designer at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. With experience dating back to positions at Fjord, ICAEW, The Royal College of Music, Tencent, and others, Xiaoxue has developed a strong foundation in user-centered design thinking, focusing on extracting insights, enhancing user journeys, and delivering effective design solutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Product Design from Zhejiang University, alongside several specialized programs in global business and leadership.
