Karishma Marathe

Karishma Marathe has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Karishma started their career as a Change and Release management Intern at TomTom in 2016. After that, they held various roles at TomTom, including Release Coordinator and Scrum Master. In these positions, Karishma was responsible for coordinating releases and ensuring efficient project management using Agile methodologies. In 2021, they joined Bynder as an Agile Lead, and later transitioned to the role of Software Engineering Team Lead and Agile Team Coach. Karishma's expertise in Agile practices and project management make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Karishma Marathe earned a Master's degree in ICT in Business from Leiden University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with honors in Computer Science with Business from the University of Bath, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications including ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile, Communication Foundations from LinkedIn, Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
