Marie Lunney is an experienced professional in customer success and digital marketing, currently serving as the Director of Scaled Customer Experience at Bynder since February 2024. Marie founded DCS Connect in June 2023, an online community aimed at fostering collaboration among digital customer success professionals. Previous roles include Digital Customer Success Marketing Manager at Top Employers Institute, Chief Ambassador at CS Angel, Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, and Director of Digital Customer Success at Chili Piper.
