Romi Heller

Romi Heller is an IT specialist with a robust background in technical support and help desk services. Currently employed at Bynet Semech since September 2019, Romi has developed expertise in IT systems and support. Previously, from February 2019 to August 2019, Romi served as a Help Desk Technician at the Weizmann Institute of Science, and from January 2017 to January 2019, held the same position in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). This experience has equipped Romi with valuable troubleshooting skills and a solid foundation in IT support.
