Hans van der Linden

Hans Van Der Linden is an experienced Patent Information Specialist with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and organic chemistry sectors. Since April 2020, Hans has been providing expertise at Byondis, conducting assessments related to current awareness, infringement, validity, and prior art using various patent and scientific databases. Prior to this role, Hans held similar positions at Synthon Biopharmaceuticals, Synthon, MSD, Schering Plough, and Organon, consistently delivering patent assessments focused on organic and pharmaceutical chemistry. Hans began a career in project leadership at Avantium Technologies, overseeing high-throughput screening projects, and has a solid foundation in research from postdoctoral roles at Vanderbilt University and the University of Amsterdam, along with experience as a Research Associate at SynZyme Inc. Education includes a doctoral degree in Organic Chemistry from Radboud University and a master's degree from Leiden University.
