Manoj Gajula

Manoj Gajula is an experienced construction and project management professional with a strong background in quantity surveying and project engineering. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Byoot since November 2021, Manoj previously held positions as a Project Quantity Surveyor at Livspace and an Associate Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Responsibilities have included conducting cost and value reconciliations, negotiating with subcontractors, and managing interim applications and project valuations. Earlier experience as a Project Engineer at DivyaSree Developers involved overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects aligned with contractual obligations. Manoj holds a Master's degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Oxford Brookes University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.
