BYOUR is an Irish technology company building AI-powered infrastructure that solves structural hiring.

Founded on 12+ years of hands-on hiring expertise across global organizations, we replace the fragmented, agency-dependent approach to growth with the technology, intelligence, and expert delivery companies need to build permanent talent assets, returning control, authenticity, and autonomy to every organization we work with.

Three interconnected solutions:

b-stack : Our flagship AI-powered talent infrastructure platform. Built for SMEs, founders, and lean teams with no dedicated HR function, b-stack lets anyone run elite recruitment workflows, auto-score candidates on humanized parameters, and grow active talent communities. (Now live · from €120/month)

b-hire : Our premium, high-touch talent solution. We deliver exceptional passive talent and turn around mission-critical executive and leadership searches in intensive 14-day sprints — founder-led, network-driven, and built on a flat-fee model instead of percentage-based agency fees. (€5,000 per placement)

b-engine : The intelligence layer behind the platform. A proprietary semantic search engine that turns large, complex catalogs into meaning-indexed databases, so users can search, match, and connect in deeply humanized ways. (API licensing from Q3 2027)

Incorporated in Kildare and built in Ireland, BYOUR is already generating revenue through b-hire while scaling its core technology ecosystem.

Stop hunting for talent. Start building the infrastructure for it.
