Ayomide Olubona, PHRi™, has a diverse range of work experience. Currently, Ayomide serves as the People+Operations Lead at BYP Network, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Ayomide worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Talents and Skills Africa from March 2021 to January 2023. From March 2019 to February 2021, Ayomide served as an Administrative/HR Officer at Bridgelanes Limited. Their earlier experience includes working as an Engagement Officer at the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) from November 2017 to October 2018.
Ayomide Olubona, PHRi™, has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was obtained from Redeemer's University from 2013 to 2017. They pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ulster University, from 2021 to 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Ayomide has also obtained several certifications. They attained the Professional in Human Resources – International™ (PHRi™) certification from HRCI in August 2021. They also hold certifications in Certified Secure Computer User (C/SCU), CompTIA Project+, EC-Council Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Microsoft Excel 2013 Certification, which were obtained from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in May 2017.
