Mike Heilmann

Mike Heilmann began their work experience in 1993 as a Youth Supervisor at Valparaiso Parks. Mike then worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Entex from 1997 to 1998. Mike went on to join J.D. Byrider Systems as a Sr. Recruiter from 1998 to 2005. In 2005, they played a key role in the formation of Old World Bricks and served as an Operations Manager until 2006. Since 2006, Mike has been the Director of Franchise Recruiting at Byrider, where they manage the talent acquisition process for various positions within the company.

Mike Heilmann attended Purdue University North Central from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in General Business.
