Ryan Nighswander

Ryan Nighswander has extensive experience in engineering and quality supervision. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Supervisor at Byrne Electrical Specialists, Inc. since September 2015, Ryan also operates as an Engineering Consultant on a self-employed basis. Prior to these roles, Ryan worked at Demmer Corp. from October 2009 to May 2015 as a Project Lead Assistant, where responsibilities included creating work instructions and conducting process engineering tasks. Ryan began a career in engineering with a co-op position in the Quality, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering Departments at BAE Industries, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Michigan University, obtained between 2013 and 2017, and attendance at Kettering University from 2006 to 2009.
