Shawna Rasmussen

Shawna Rasmussen has extensive experience in customer service, having worked at Byrne Electrical Specialists, Inc. since August 2005, where roles have included Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Associate, with responsibilities ranging from leading a support team to managing schedules and answering phones. Prior to this, Shawna was employed at Grand Rapids Controls Co., LLC as an Assembler from 1998 to July 2005, where tasks involved assembling, measuring, packaging, and testing parts for the furniture division. Educational qualifications include completion of programs at Newaygo County Career Tech (1995-2007) and White Cloud High (1993-1997).
