Indika Jayewardena

Indika Jayewardena has held various finance and managerial roles throughout their career. Indika started in 2006 as an Assistant Audit Manager at Jayasinghe & Company, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they joined Swiss Lloyd LTD as an Accountant & Investment Analyst, and stayed with the company until 2012. Indika then moved on to Aant Gurde Maritime Services(Pvt)Ltd as an Assistant Manager Finance from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they became the Group Finance Manager at Dinapala Group of Companies for a year. Most recently, they have been working at Byrne Equipment Rental LLC as the Finance & Commercial Manager since 2016.

Indika Jayewardena obtained a degree in Business Administration, BSc, specializing in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. This academic pursuit was carried out from 2002 to 2006. In 2011, Indika pursued a higher education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, where they earned the ACA degree in Accounting and Finance. Their educational journey continued in 2019 when Indika successfully passed Level I of the CFA examination, an accomplishment obtained from the CFA Institute.
