Spencer Litteken is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and technical oversight within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Byrne & Jones Construction since February 2022, Spencer previously held the position of Civil Engineer at the City of Clayton from May 2014 to February 2022, and worked as a Junior Project Manager at Intec Terradyne from June 2013 to May 2014. Earlier in the career, Spencer served as a Lab Technician at Shannon & Wilson, Inc. where responsibilities included conducting various ASTM standard tests and overseeing field operations. Additionally, experience as a Geotechnical Engineering Teaching Assistant at Saint Louis University involved instructing students in laboratory testing procedures. Spencer holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis University, awarded in 2013.
