Miguel Gutierrez is an experienced software specialist with a strong background in software solutions and systems integration. Currently serving as an Accela Software Specialist at Byrne Software Technologies, Inc. since February 2017, Miguel previously worked as a Delivery Consultant at Accela and as a Business and Systems Integration Consultant at Accenture. With earlier experience as a Software Specialist III at the City of El Paso and a Government Programmer Analyst at Accenture, Miguel has developed a robust skill set in technology and project delivery.
