Michael Walsh

Michael Walsh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in property law. Currently serving as a Member of the Conveyancing Committee at the Law Society of Ireland since November 2015, Michael has also held the position of Senior Partner at ByrneWallace LLP since August 1999, where contributions include membership on the Management Committee and leadership as the last past Head of Property. Prior to this, Michael was Chairperson of Chamber Choir Ireland from June 2011 to June 2014 and worked as an Associate in the Commercial Property Department at Beauchamps Solicitors from 1996 to 1999. Michael began the legal career as a Trainee and Solicitor at Noel Smyth & Partners between 1993 and 1996. Academically, Michael is pursuing a Chartered Director Programme diploma at the Institute of Directors Ireland while holding a BCL and LLB from University College Cork, completed in 1992. Education commenced at Colaiste Mhuire, Crosshaven, from 1983 to 1988.
