Steven Lakin has an extensive background in safety and training within the mining and construction industries. Since December 2018, Steven has served as SEQT Manager and previously held the role of Safety and Training Coordinator at Byrnecut Australia Pty Ltd. Prior to this, Steven worked at Newcrest Mining from February 2015 to December 2018 as a Training Advisor and Safety Advisor. Earlier experience includes a position as a Health and Safety Advisor at Macmahon between January 2013 and November 2014.
