Jennifer Back

Jennifer Back has a range of work experience in different roles and industries. Jennifer started their career in 2013 as a Social Media Correspondent at CrossFit, Inc and also worked as an Intervention Specialist at Rochester City School District for a brief period in 2014. Jennifer then joined East Irondequoit CSD as a Social Studies Teacher and later took on the role of Field Hockey Coach. In 2015, they joined Byron Bergen Schools as a Social Studies Teacher and eventually became the Director of Technology & Assessment. Jennifer also worked at YMCA of Greater Rochester as the LIT/CIT Coordinator, where they planned curriculum for the leadership program. In 2017, they joined lululemon as a Key Leader and worked there until 2022. Additionally, Jennifer worked at Lumos Infrared Sauna Studio as an Employee from 2021 to 2023.

Jennifer Back has a strong educational background and has pursued various degrees and certifications. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Secondary Education and Social Studies from Syracuse University, graduating in 2012. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Social Studies Teacher Education from the University of Rochester from 2012 to 2013.

In 2017, Jennifer pursued a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Nazareth University, completing it in 2019. Furthermore, they are currently enrolled at the University of Rochester, where they are pursuing a Master's degree in School District and Building Administration, which is set to be completed in 2023.

In addition to their degrees, Jennifer has obtained certifications in the field of education. Jennifer holds a Professional Certification 5-12 Social Studies Education from NYSED and a Professional Certification in Special Education, also from NYSED. The exact dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
