Deb Lambert

Deb Lambert is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic development. Currently serving as CEO at Byron Wellness Systems and Byron Health Center since 2017 and 2012 respectively, Deb has successfully enhanced report card scores, implemented innovative initiatives like EMR systems and wellness programs, and overseen the planning for new community facilities. Previous roles include Interim Executive Director at Life Care Center of Fort Wayne, Operations Management Consultant at Eagle's Nest Youth Centre, and Executive Director at Sunrise Assisted Living, among others. Deb holds a Master’s degree in Wellness Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education from Ball State University.
