Heather Bowersock serves as the Director of Nursing at Byron Health Center since August 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Infusion RN/Case Manager at Family LifeCare and Nurse Manager at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana. With over 10 years of experience in critical care settings and a strong background in Pediatric ICU and emergency care, Heather emphasizes staffing efficiency, evidence-based practices, and patient satisfaction in clinical outcomes. Educationally, Heather completed a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University.
