Joana Gonçalves

Joana Gonçalves currently serves as the Head of Talents & Culture for CoreMedia, having joined the company in August 2023. Prior to this role, Joana held the position of Head of People & Culture at BySide from June 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included the creation and development of the people and culture department, implementation of recruitment processes, and the establishment of employee engagement initiatives. Joana also served as a Human Resources Manager during this time. Joana holds a degree from Universidade do Minho (2014-2019) and a Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas from Alamedas Office (2016-Present).
