Rhett's prior role as Chief Architect and Director of the Enterprise Java Practice at Geniant from March 1999 to November 2001, along with experience as a Software Engineer at ObjectSpace, Inc. from January 1996 to March 1999, showcases a deep technical background. Rhett holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from North Carolina State University (1994-1995) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Tarleton State University (1990-1994).
